1. Digital Marketing Strategist
- Oversee all aspects of online and offline marketing including strategy, performance, growth and execution
- Plan and execute all online and offline marketing, including SEO/SEM, Marketing Database, Email, Social Media and Display Advertising Campaigns
- Design, Build and Maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), e-commerce performance review
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise user experiences
2. SEO Specialist
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and ranking on search engines.
- Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize content accordingly.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website performance.
- Analyze website traffic, rankings, and user engagement metrics using SEO tools.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithms.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Paid Media Specialist (Google + Facebook Ads)
- Capable of efficiently planning, setting up, optimizing, and reporting campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads.
- Directly coordinate with the internal media team and clients to launch or optimize campaigns based on the clients' business/marketing objectives.
- Experience in Funnel Stage or Performance Marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in setting up tracking and optimizing campaigns for Conversion Objectives such as Website Purchases, Lead Generation, and others aligned with the clients' KPIs.
- Experience and interest in crafting ad creatives and writing imaginative ad copies.
- Generate reports and measure digital marketing performance across channels, capable of explaining and presenting these to clients.
- Prioritize communication within the team and with clients.
- Expertise in studying and analyzing raw data to devise digital marketing strategies based on insights and learnings obtained.
- Excellent communication skills in English and outstanding teamwork and coordination abilities.
4. Conversions and Sales Funnel Specialist
- Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel
- Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
- A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs
- Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media to optimize each conversion path
- Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths
- Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team
- Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate
- Increase funnel marketing efficiencies
5. Sales Beast (Contract)
- Based + Uncapped commissions
- Sell services to existing customers and target customers from online leads with potential customers.
- Prepare various status reports including activities Closing and follow-up reports and the implementation of the company's goals
- Performance Sales to negotiate and close deals to meet/exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
- Gather customer information, and requirements to meet sales target.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns.

6. Project Manager
- Managing clients from the initial briefing until the end of a project’s life cycle
- Ensuring project objectives are met, whilst controlling scope, budget and timelines
- Working with designers and the developers and monitoring progress on projects
- Have knowledge with platform like WordPress, Shopify, Magento.
- Tracking projects and assessing risks and appropriately managing issues with the correct stakeholders
- Proactive management of project tracking tools to ensure they are kept up to date and accurate
- Arrange the meeting for team and clients
6. Front Developer (HTML, CSS, JQERY)
- Designing and developing the web facing applications.
- Implementing new features and fix any issues.
- Fully understanding user requirements and design features.
- Collaborating with Back-end developers and UX/UI engineers to deliver and deploy the products.
- Focusing on the product performance to enhance user experience.
- Work experience in front-end software development.
- Experience with React.JS, Redux and CSS pre-processing frameworks.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Skilled with publishing the features as UI guidelines.
