Digital Strategist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and prospects to ensure ongoing success.
- Present customized strategies that includes Shopify development, digital marketing services performance marketing, SEO, content, and social media management.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals, decks, and presentations that effectively communicate value and ROI
- Coordinate with creative, media buying, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data based on clients KPI.
- Manage a sales pipeline, track performance, and meet monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy consultant.
- Proven experience in creating and selling digital strategies that drive results
- Strong understanding of digital channels: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident in cold-calling, handling objections, and leading discovery meetings
- Strong proposal writing and pitch deck creation skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English (both verbal and written)
SEO Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content and page optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, images, and internal linking for on-page SEO.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix crawl, indexing, and performance issues.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and SERP analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Familiarity with HTML, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), and web performance tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Experience with content strategy, CRO, or local/international SEO.
Paid Media Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
- Manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.).
- Monitor daily campaign performance and provide ongoing analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, features, and algorithm changes in paid advertising platforms.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar).
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and conversion tracking setup.
- Experience with audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel-based advertising.
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategy.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
- Bonus: Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or multi-language campaigns.
Content Writer
Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog articles, landing pages, and web copy
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all written content
- Collaborate with Digital Strategists and SEO teams to align content with campaign goals
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammar
- Develop content calendars and manage publishing schedules
- Stay updated on industry trends to produce fresh and relevant content
Requirements:
- Strong writing skills in Thai (and English is a plus)
- Experience in writing SEO-friendly content and basic understanding of on-page
- SEO Familiar with using tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs
- Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, skimmable content
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CMS platforms (like WordPress) is a plus
- Portfolio or writing samples required
