1. Digital Marketing Strategist 

Responsibilities: 

  • Performance sales to negotiate and close deals to meet/exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
  • Gather customer information, and requirements to meet sales target.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns.
  • Sell services to existing customers and target customers from online leads with potential customers. 
  • Prepare various status reports including activities closing and follow-up reports and the implementation of the company's goals
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

 Requirements:

    • Managing clients from the initial briefing until the end of a project’s life cycle
    • Ensuring project objectives are met, whilst controlling scope, budget and timelines
    • Working with relative team and monitoring progress on projects
    • Have knowledge with platform like Shopify, Magento and WordPress. 
    • Tracking projects and assessing risks and appropriately managing issues with the correct stakeholders
    • Proactive management of project tracking tools to ensure they are kept up to date and accurate
    • Arrange the meeting for team and clients

    2. SEO Specialist

    Responsibilities: 

    • Assist the SEO Manager to plan, manage, and execute organic search strategies, including but not limited to account setup, cross-channel strategy development, and team management.
    • Assist the leadership team in planning sales presentations, inputting relevant data and working within a set template.
    • Conducting keyword research across campaigns and sales presentations to highlight key opportunities.
    • Ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including  SEO audits to identify technical issues, keyword research and mapping, metadata development, on-page, off-page, and SEO content ideation and planning.
    • Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead projects.
    • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools.
    • Occasionally providing opportunity analysis and new business support for sales efforts for new prospective clients.
    • Create technical recommendations to clients and provide audits of client websites.
    Requirements:
    • 2-4 years’ experience in the organic search industry.
    • Extensive experience with SEO  tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Adobe Omniture, Ahrefs, Majestic, STAT, BrightEdge, Search Console, etc. to analyze organic search and analytics data and make specific recommendations supported by data
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, collaboration, and project management
    • Good technical SEO experience, being comfortable with various CMS platforms and the ability to troubleshoot and solve various issues common with these systems
    • Strong client and team leadership qualities, comfortable contributing to company’s thought leadership on SEO industry topics
    • Ability and passion to educate and share industry knowledge with other experienced team members

    3. Paid Media Specialist  

    Responsibilities: Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, the Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day analysis and implementation of paid media campaign performance, reporting, and general success at meeting clients’ KPIs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    •  Set up and management of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok.
    • Analyze daily campaign performance against campaign KPIs.
    • Implement ongoing campaign optimizations, including keyword targeting, ad copy or creative edits, and other campaign-specific adjustments.
    • Assist in writing effective ad copy.
    • Daily account pacing against client’s budgets.
    • Contribute to client reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.

    Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (preferred).
      • 6+ months of experience in SEM and paid social media buying including conversion and lead generation campaigns.
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
      • Great written communication skills, with experience writing effective ad copy.
      • Strong problem solving and active listening skills.
      • Exceptional attention to detail, working with numbers and analyzing data.
      • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize time and workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
      • Willingness to assist team members across multiple projects and learn about other paid media tactics from Stars Commerce team of experts.
      • Passion for digital marketing and advertising.

      4. Data Analyst / CRO

      Responsibilities:

      • Collect and analyzes marketing data to inform strategy and optimized performance. 
      • Focuses on improving website and landing page performance to increase conversion rate. 

      Requirements:

        • Tracking campaign performance, A/B testing results, creating dashboards, and providing insights to improve ROI.
        • User testing, analyzing customer journeys, A/B testing, landing oages, implementing UI/UIX improvement.

        5. Shopify Developer 

        Responsibilities:

        • Design and Development: Build and customize Shopify stores, including theme development and template customization to match client specifications.
        • Integration: Implement and integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, and other tools to enhance store functionality.
        • Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance of Shopify stores with fast load times and smooth user experiences.
        • Troubleshooting and Support: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the Shopify platform.
        • Provide ongoing maintenance and support.
        • Custom Features: Develop and implement custom features and functionalities using Shopify’s APIs and Liquid code.
        • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and make necessary adjustments to meet their business goals.
        Requirements
        • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
        • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify theme development, Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
        • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
        • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
        • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
        • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
