Madame Louise is a Thai luxury beauty brand built around the Snow Lotus a rare ingredient known in Asian healing traditions for its skin-reviving properties. Their product range spans skincare serums, body care, collagen supplements, and signature bar soaps, all positioned around the idea of luxurious, effective, natural beauty. We designed and built their Shopify store to reflect that heritage elegant, globally positioned, and built to convert across Thailand and international markets.

The Challenges

A luxury brand that needed a digital presence to match its positioning

Madame Louise had built a genuinely distinctive brand rooted in Asian botanical heritage, positioned as a luxury-meets-efficacy beauty label, and expanding beyond Thailand into international markets. But their digital store wasn't communicating that story or serving their growing global audience effectively. The site needed to work in both English and Thai, handle international pricing and currency, present gift sets and bundles elegantly, and feel as premium as the product itself.
