Golf, Manors, Malbon Golf, Quiet Golf, Students Golf, and Hiroki Golf at their flagship store in Silom. Starting with no online presence at all, we designed and built their Shopify store from scratch creating a digital home that matched the curation and ambition of the physical retail experience.

Building a multi-brand golf lifestyle store
The Agora had a clear vision become Thailand's destination for premium golf fashion culture but no website, no ecommerce infrastructure, and no established digital presence to build from. The challenge was to design and build a store from scratch that could handle 17+ brands, each with their own identity and seasonal collections, while giving shoppers an intuitive, brand-led browsing experience from day one.
No Existing Digital Foundation
Everything needed to be built from zero store architecture, brand structure, product taxonomy, payment setup, and customer experience all designed and launched together without an existing platform to migrate from.
Multi-Brand Catalogue Architecture
With 17+ brands each launching seasonal collections, the catalogue structure needed to be clear enough for shoppers to navigate by brand, category, or gender and flexible enough for the team to manage new arrivals without constant developer support.
Brand Identity Within One Store
Each brand from A.P.C. Golf's Parisian minimalism to Golf Gods' irreverent personality needed to feel distinct within a single storefront without the overall shopping experience feeling disjointed.

A Shopify store built for multi-brand golf retail from concept to launch
We designed and built The Agora's entire Shopify store from the ground up store architecture, UX, theme, catalogue structure, payment setup, and bilingual Thai/English functionality. The navigation is built around how golf lifestyle shoppers actually browse by brand, by gender, by category, or by what's new with each brand given its own collection space and editorial banners that reflect its visual identity.
